Returns and Exchanges

Sustainable Universe is a brand owned by Pinig Tech Pvt Ltd.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and packaging. It is important for you to read through our Return and Exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Return Policy

We honor your return or replacement request under the following conditions:

You receive a product that you did not order
You receive an expired product
You receive a damaged product (physical damage)
You receive only a part of your order (missing products)

Please raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours from the date of delivery if you have received the wrong or expired product(s). You can do so by reaching out to us at support@sustainableuniverse.in.

If you notice tampered packaging, please feel free to reject the package at the time of delivery.

Please take an unpackaging video of at least 30 seconds. Requests without unpackaging videos or made after 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot offer a refund or exchange for products that have been opened.

2. Refund or Exchange Process

If the product qualifies for an exchange, we will dispatch a replacement unit to you at no additional cost after the claim is verified.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated only after the claim is verified by our team. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation by Sustainable Universe: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud detection. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
