Thoroughly wet your hair. Take a small, coin-sized amount of shampoo on your palm. Rub your palms together to form a gentle lather. Then spread it over your hair. Massage gently on your scalp and through the hair. Leave on for about 60 seconds before rinsing. Make sure to rinse all the shampoo off. When you shampoo daily, you need smaller quantities.
